As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in transforming and integrating complex data to enhance operational efficiency and business insights. Working closely with implementation, development, and QA teams, you will manage the data onboarding process, define and validate integrations, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems. This position requires a strong technical foundation in SQL, data mapping, and ETL processes, as well as the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. You’ll have the opportunity to influence business outcomes through analytics, process improvement, and innovative data management practices.

  • Collaborate with implementation teams to understand client data structures, business requirements, and system workflows.
  • Define and manage data mapping from source systems to the internal data model, including transformation and validation rules.
  • Support integration projects by ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of data mappings, specifications, and transformation logic.
  • Execute advanced SQL queries for profiling, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee Scrum boards and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Identify blockers and dependencies, coordinating with stakeholders to drive resolutions.
  • Work closely with QA and development teams to validate data flows and ensure readiness for production environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, integration, or mapping—preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
  • Proven proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL).
  • Strong understanding of ETL frameworks, data quality, and integration best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing technical backlogs.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EDI 270/271, 835/837, HL7) is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of RCM workflows such as eligibility, payments, claims, and denials management preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EDI 270/271, 835/837, HL7).
  • Knowledge of RCM workflows such as eligibility, payments, claims, and denials management.
