You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams, translating data into clear, executive-level recommendations.   • Lead analysis of large-scale datasets to uncover trends, optimize marketing investments, and support strategic decisions.
  • Conduct attribution modeling, customer journey analysis, and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and digital experiences.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for executives, marketing leaders, and technical teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Strategy to deliver integrated insights and improve digital customer journeys.
  • Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–9 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles, preferably in financial services or with financial institutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
  • Expertise in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create executive-level dashboards.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Competitive base salary ($110,000–$140,000) with potential adjustments based on experience and location.
