As a Senior Data Analyst - Integrated Marketing at Hard Rock Digital, you will play a critical role in informing and optimizing brand and integrated marketing initiatives in the dynamic sports betting and iGaming landscape. Together with your stakeholders on the Brand & Integrated Marketing Team and your teammates on the Marketing Analytics team, you'll help expand Hard Rock Digital's customer base and reach new audiences.

  • Campaign Impact Analysis: Quantify and communicate the effectiveness of multi-channel brand and integrated marketing campaigns using advanced analytical methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with brand marketing, media, CRM, creative performance, product marketing, finance, trading, and analytics teams to align campaign performance metrics with acquisition, conversion, and player engagement KPIs.
  • Strategic Insights Development: Translate historical performance data into actionable insights that shape future campaign strategy, budgeting decisions, and channel mix optimizations.
  • Marketing Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate on pre-campaign forecasting and post-campaign reviews, leveraging predictive analytics and modeling techniques to anticipate campaign outcomes.
  • Performance Storytelling: Create and deliver high-impact dashboards and reporting using tools like Tableau and SQL that consolidate marketing performance into a clear, strategic narrative for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Integrated Measurement: Connect upper-funnel brand marketing results to downstream outcomes such as acquisition cost, incremental revenue, lifetime value, and trading impact.
  • Product Marketing Performance Reporting: Design reporting frameworks and dashboards that measure the impact of go-to-market product launches, feature adoption, customer engagement, and retention. Deliver actionable insights that inform feature-level growth strategies.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, preferably in the sports betting, iGaming, or digital entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of advanced statistical and analytical techniques such as Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, Incrementality Testing, and Customer Lifetime Value analysis.
  • Strong SQL and Tableau skills with a high level of data fluency in Excel and familiarity with database querying and data transformation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and interpreting marketing, acquisition, and trading KPIs in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, compelling recommendations that support marketing strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exposure to or involvement in marketing automation and real-time analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
  • A self-starting, curious mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a drive to understand the 'why' behind the numbers.
