About The Position
As a member of the Long Term Care (LTC), In-force Pricing modeling team, you are responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the data. You will play a critical role in enhancing our organization by using models and data to drive business strategy, increase automation, and enhance the usage of data. This role requires working closely with process teams and cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met that will be used to drive business decisions and support strategic goals. The Senior Data Analyst demonstrates thought leadership, manages complex projects, meets deadlines, builds relationships, and communicates effectively. The ideal candidate possesses advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn data into knowledge and information that can be used to support strategic objective across LTC In-Force. It is essential to develop an in-depth understanding of the business to be able to identify and address critical issues.
