Unit 42 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analyst, GTM Operations to join our team. You will be a key partner in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the overall health of the business. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and collaborative execution.   • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across key GTM functions.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, to drive alignment and execute on key initiatives.
  • Manage and execute on a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery of outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of enhanced processes related to security transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic planning efforts.
  • A solid understanding of business principles and GTM processes.
  • SaaS or subscription-based business model experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau) and cloud-based platforms is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant business tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
