The Genius Hub Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the EAR (Experience Analytics and Reporting) teams by managing ad-hoc executive requests and ensuring smooth operations without disrupting product and development teams. This role will also involve building and shaping the future of The Genius Hub team. The Genius Hub Data Analyst will be part of a team of analysts who are well-versed in all EAR teams, tools, and datasets in production. By effectively managing these requests, the team aims to reduce burnout and loss of efficiency due to fire drills. While the primary focus will be on visualization, storytelling, and advocating for self-service analytics, the team may occasionally engage in targeted research to support specific needs. However, such research would be one-off and not ideal.
