About The Position

Maven Clinic is looking for a Strategic and customer-focused Senior Data Analyst specializing in Customer Analytics. Dedicated to helping Maven Clinic's customers understand, measure, and amplify clinical and business value through data. Experienced in developing scalable analytics solutions, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and turning data into actionable insights that drive client outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships. Adept at combining analytical rigor with business storytelling to highlight Maven's impact across cost savings, member engagement, and clinical effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant analytics or data science experience
  • Fluency in SQL and a strong background in data visualization
  • An ability to juggle both long-term, strategic projects and ad hoc, urgent requests as needed
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with value/ROI/clinical outcomes storytelling (strong preference)
  • Experience with Matik or similar dynamic content creation systems
  • Experience with at least one primary visualization tool (Looker, Tableau), and/or DBT

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Success and Commercial teams to build and deliver data-driven narratives that highlight Maven's measurable impact on clinical outcomes, cost reduction, and employee well-being for enterprise clients.
  • Design interactive dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks (SQL, Tableau, Looker, DBT) that empower customer facing teams to independently track utilization, engagement, and ROI metrics aligned with their organizational goals.
  • Architect data sources and reusable reporting models that enable efficient delivery of analytics at scale across dozens of enterprise customers, improving turnaround time and consistency of insights.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that require collaboration across Client Success, Finance, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring alignment on business objectives, project milestones, and data definitions. Overall ownership of deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and reporting processes, implementing scalable automation and documentation practices to increase reliability and transparency for customer deliverables.
  • Translate complex data into clear, outcome-oriented insights that resonate with customer executives and HR/benefits leaders, reinforcing Maven's role as a strategic partner.
  • Support adoption automation tools (such as Matik) to scale client reporting and standardize storytelling of clinical and business outcomes across customer portfolios.
