Responsibilities

  • Support game teams in development of segmentation schemes for titles based on motivational and attitudinal profiles tied to business outcome metrics
  • Devise measures or proxies of player motivations and attitudes that can be included in A/B test results, reporting, and modeling
  • Analyze and build reports around our demographic/psychographic datasets
  • Aid in the development and curation of consumer insights materials to leverage within our AI
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Consumer Insights team as well as other centrally supported teams as priority requires

Requirements

  • A strong background in experimental design and statistical methodologies for analyzing data. You need to think beyond simple A/B testing
  • Demonstrated experience designing large-scale data pipelines using technologies such as AWS tools, Databricks, and Airflow
  • Ability to develop clear narratives from data using visualization tools such as Tableau
  • 4+ years of work experience in data science or analytics roles
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
  • BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field; Masters or PhD strongly preferred
