About The Position
The Senior Compliance Data Analyst position is responsible for the development, tuning, analysis, and ongoing maintenance of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/OFAC risk related models, including Data Validation, and is also responsible for application of Data Science and Analytics for BSA/AML/OFAC business uses. Through these tasks, the position provides compliance oversight of the regulatory requirements of BSA/AML/USA Patriot Act and OFAC Laws, as well as, the general support of Wintrust's BSA/AML/OFAC Program, Policies, and Procedures. The role can be expected to have a blend of Business and Systems functions, with a need to combine business and compliance understanding with technical aptitudes and skills. The Senior Data Analyst position is expected to have seasoned experience and developed skills sets to address business problems, and is occasionally involved in unit related projects.
