Everly Health is hiring a Client-Facing Senior Data Analyst to support our ability to anticipate client questions, deliver insights, and tailor specific programs to maximize client success. The Senior Data Analyst will work independently and with business stakeholders to analyze data and create useful reports for partners, making recommendations for initiatives to improve client goals and retention. This role requires proficiency in business intelligence tools, strong database skills (SQL), and comfort interfacing with clients directly. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Operations, the analyst will collaborate with analytics team members, business stakeholders, and data engineers to understand data, identify gaps, and model it for analysis and visualization. The role involves performing strategic business analyses, synthesizing findings for business leaders, and translating data into actionable insights.
