Location Austin, Texas Travel 25% Job Description Must reside in the US and be able to legally work in the US Work closely with business and IT teams to understand current state and document end to end process and system flows. Partner with architecture team to build out target state for systems. Work with IT and product vendors to come up requirements and high level design. Develops and prepares project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns. Analyzes business systems specifications. Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria. Meet with clients to analyze their individual needs, determine priorities, provide estimates and determine scope -Manage scope, schedule and quality. Lead requirements gathering sessions; investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes -Identify needs and develop customized solutions. Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure clients are contacted in regards to project progress and overall satisfaction. Perform and organize ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc. Contribute to the development of a strategic customer roadmap.

Requirements

  • Should have 10 Years of ServiceNow transformation project experience
  • Strong Business Analyst in Financial Services Domain in large organizations
  • Must have ServiceNow tech development background
  • Should be able to have discussion with dev team on technical matters
  • Good data analysis SQL Skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
