About The Position
As the Senior Data Analyst, Annual Giving in the Development department, you will be a valued, strategic business partner to the Annual Giving team (which stewards more than 50,000 donors who each give up to $10,000 per year and also includes the Donor Experience team). You will work in close collaboration with the Annual Giving team and use your business acumen, technical skills, and knowledge of fundraising to maximize fundraising effectiveness. Typical Annual Giving activities include direct mail campaigns, email marketing, online giving challenges, Virtual Food Drives and donor support. The Senior Data Analyst will proactively conceive and design ad hoc analyses and reports, explain the narrative behind the findings, and make practical recommendations. Your varied analyses will draw on and combine data from numerous sources including Salesforce, Classy, Pardot, iWave, Mogli, a data warehouse, and third-party demographic data. You will be a key contributor to strategic decisions about donor segmentation and donor engagement scores and employ predictive analytic techniques where possible. You will build and maintain dashboards and other tools in support of the Annual Giving fundraising.
