As a Senior Data Analyst - Accounting & Operations, you'll play a key role in driving process efficiency, resolving complex accounting issues, and supporting financial reporting excellence. This is a dynamic opportunity to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Audit teams, leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms to optimize accounting operations. Collaborate with Controllership team members to analyze journal entries and reconciliations, implementing improvements using tools such as Excel Get & Transform (Power Query), Alteryx, SQL, Oracle, and Google Cloud Platform. Support reporting efforts for reconciliations, audit request lists, and task tracking to ensure timely completion across the organization. Partner with Financial Systems and IT teams to work through large data sets and resolve accounting-related issues. Assist in developing and testing new processes and software enhancements. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business needs. Communicate effectively with the Financial Reporting team, internal stakeholders, and external auditors in preparation for Form 10-Q, 10-K, and other regulatory filings.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • 5+ years of data analytics experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: PowerBI, Power Query, Command Prompt, Oracle, VBA, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems (Oracle Financials, OBIEE) preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus.
  • Highly analytical, self-motivated, and effective in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong team collaboration and business partnership skills.
