As a Senior Data Analyst – Accounting & Operations, you'll play a key role in driving process efficiency, resolving complex accounting issues, and supporting financial reporting excellence. This is a dynamic opportunity to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Audit teams, leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms to optimize accounting operations. You will collaborate with Controllership team members to analyze journal entries and reconciliations, implementing improvements using tools such as Excel Get & Transform (Power Query), Alteryx, SQL, Oracle, and Google Cloud Platform. Additionally, you will support reporting efforts for reconciliations, audit request lists, and task tracking to ensure timely completion across the organization. You will partner with Financial Systems and IT teams to work through large data sets and resolve accounting-related issues, assist in developing and testing new processes and software enhancements, and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business needs. Effective communication with the Financial Reporting team, internal stakeholders, and external auditors in preparation for Form 10-Q, 10-K, and other regulatory filings is also a key part of this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel required.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: PowerBI, Power Query, Command Prompt, Oracle, VBA, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems (Oracle Financials, OBIEE) preferred.
  • Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus.
  • Highly analytical, self-motivated, and effective in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong team collaboration and business partnership skills.
