SHEIN (Style Link Logistics LLC) is seeking a Senior Data Analysis Manager in Bellevue, WA, to lead the development and implementation of data driven strategies to optimize supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Logistics Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or a related field of study.
• 5 years of postbaccalaureate experience in job offered, or related Logistics positions.
• 5 years of experience with data analysis and validation with SQL, Python and MS Excel Pivot Tables.
• 5 years of experience with data assessment and visualization using Tableau.
• 5 years of experience defining business needs and identifying and aligning KPIs for project optimization.
• 5 years of experience liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data-driven recommendations with overall business goals.
• 5 years of experience analyzing and presenting data for logistics and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data driven strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Utilize advanced analytics to provide insights into inventory management, demand forecasting, and distribution network efficiency.
• Design mathematical models to answer strategic and tactical business questions related to supply chain and logistics.
• Provide data for weekly and monthly business reviews, which include business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, etc.
• Utilize predictive analytics to identify supply chain challenges and use data-driven insights to propose solutions.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain analytics and monitor performance against targets.
• Apply supply chain knowledge to identify business improvement opportunities, frame issues, structure problems, and create solution approaches.
• Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.
