About The Position

The Senior Cyberspace Intelligence Analyst & Planner / Curricula Developer & Instructor at Noblis plays a crucial role in supporting the U.S. Army Cyber Command's mission by applying intelligence analysis skills to monitor and assess cyberspace operations. This position involves developing and instructing courses related to intelligence analysis, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior staff. The analyst will also be responsible for creating reports and briefings to support clients, while leveraging advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems in the cyberspace domain.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School diploma with 16+ years of intelligence analysis experience in DoD or the IC, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Current Top Secret security clearance with the ability to pass a CI Poly.
  • Formal DoD or IC training in All Source or SIGINT intelligence analysis.
  • Formal instructor and curricula management qualifications or experience from DoD, Service, or IC instructional programs.
  • Prior experience with cyber threat intelligence and intelligence support to cyberoperations.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Current TS/SCI with CI Poly Security Clearance.
  • Prior experience with Information Advantage activities, cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, and/or intelligence support to cyberspace operations.
  • Prior experience at a service component headquarters, Joint Task Force, sub-unified command or combatant command staff.
  • Prior experience with joint, multi-service operations, and/or multiple warfighting domains.
  • Desired Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II (CCNA Security, COMPTIA CySA+, COMPTIA Security + CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Serve as an instructor and curricula developer for Intelligence Analysis and Intelligence Support to Information Advantage courses.
  • Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence.
  • Apply understanding of Information Advantage and Cyberoperations tactics to analysis and production.
  • Develop reports and briefings to support clients.
  • Enhance stakeholder relationships and coordinate actions.
  • Develop analytic approaches and recommendations for complex problems.
  • Mentor mid-level and junior staff.
