Senior Cybersecurity Lead
Location: Buckley Space Force Base (3-5 days onsite per week) with periodic visits to Boulder, COClearance Required: TS/SCI

What You Bring to the Table
Expertise: Bachelor’s degree (10+ years experience) or Master’s degree (8+ years experience) in Engineering. Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and secure systems engineering.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Windows security features, Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and cloud-native technologies (e.g., FedRAMP).
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and champion security in all designs.
Collaboration & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, experience mentoring engineers, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Clearance & Commitment: Active TS/SCI clearance with on-site availability (3-5 days/week at Buckley AFB).

Requirements
