About The Position

CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a Senior Cybersecurity ISSO to support the cybersecurity team for a key program in Pittsburgh, PA. You should have worked with Cloud technologies using RMF, tactical DOD Edge use cases, and DevSecOps processes. THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXPERT eMASS EXPERIENCE.

Requirements

• College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline.
• Cyber Certification (Security+, CISSP, CASP) is a hard requirement.
• 7 years of prior experience related to Cloud use cases.
• Experience working on Research and Development systems.
• Solid RMF experience for the entire lifecycle.
• Ability to create and maintain Cyber artifacts.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with at least an interim DOD Secret clearance or higher.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and tools including DISA STIGs, SCAP, Navy Evaluate STIG, ACAS.
• eMASS expertise is an absolute requirement.
• Expert knowledge of FEDRAMP, DISA APL, Reciprocity, DevSecOps.
• Experience planning, leading, and managing compliance related activities.
• Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, and metrics effectively.
• Ability to innovate with cutting-edge tools and technologies.
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work within a team.
• DOD 8140 certification at IAT Level 2.
• Familiarity with Continuous ATO.
• Familiarity with secure software development concepts.
• SAFe Agile principles and concepts.
• Ability to critically think when new concepts are presented.

• Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
• Familiarity with Army RMF processes.
• Familiarity with Docker containers and Kubernetes container orchestration systems.
• Cloud Cybersecurity Certification (AWS, Azure, ISC2 CCSP, CompTIA Cloud+).
• Experience with the Markdown markup language.
• Expertise in Edge use case RMF deployments, RDT&E systems, and containerized environments within the DOD.
• Experience with DOD Tactical Edge environments.
• Familiarity with Security Engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of an Agile Scrum team, specializing in cybersecurity ATO package management for Army custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
• Support a new Security RMF Program, assist with new ATO/Cs for systems, leveraging reciprocity where appropriate.
• Manage various RMF packets and build out supporting documentation.
• Conduct security reviews to help teams prepare for IATTs/ATOs.
• Work collaboratively with other ISSOs and key stakeholders in the RMF process.
• Create and manage RMF artifacts and the entire ATO lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity SMEs to identify requirements and process improvements.
• Assist cybersecurity assessors as required.
• Interpret DISA STIG requirements.
• Support teammates and collaborate with a 'do what it takes' attitude.
• Perform assessments on enclave and network infrastructure devices.
• Work with AWS and Azure environments.
• Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance.
• Provide input on best practices and procedures.
• Develop new and refine existing processes to enhance quality and productivity.
• Provide key Cyber recommendations to support full automation of RMF.
