The CISO of Oracle Health and Global Industries is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Communications Strategist to shape and deliver security-focused messaging that supports our CISO's agenda. This role partners across teams responsible for messaging, employee engagement, and leadership alignment, applying a cybersecurity focus to ensure consistent, impactful communication that reflects the CISO’s priorities and resonates across the organization. You will be the go-to expert for translating the intricacies of Oracle Health’s security landscape into clear, engaging narratives that resonate specifically within the cybersecurity domain. While you will collaborate closely with broader communications teams, your focus will remain on shaping and delivering security-specific messages that support the CISO’s agenda and reinforce our security culture.

  • Cybersecurity Storytelling & Messaging: Create clear, impactful communication that translates complex cybersecurity concepts into messages that resonate with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with existing communications and marketing teams across Oracle to ensure alignment and avoid duplication, while providing a unique cybersecurity lens that enriches our overall messaging.
  • Specialized Focus: Act as the subject matter expert in cybersecurity communications, ensuring that security priorities are conveyed accurately and effectively to stakeholders who may not be familiar with technical details.
  • Executive and Customer Engagement: Develop tailored communication materials that support the CISO’s engagement with executives, customers, ensuring a consistent and confident narrative around our security posture.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
