Across our family of companies, we provide the operational foundation, technology infrastructure, and shared services that enable our brands to deliver exceptional care to individuals and families. As we continue to grow and integrate new brands into our portfolio, we’re seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to help protect our systems, data, and people. THE ROLE: Position Overview In this role you will help protect our organization’s digital infrastructure, monitoring networks, identifying and investigating threats, strengthening security controls, and working closely with IT, operations, and compliance stakeholders to reduce risk across multiple business lines. • Strong technical expertise in network, system, endpoint, and cloud security tools and technologies.
  • Proven experience with vulnerability management, risk assessment, and incident response.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to translate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001) and cloud or hybrid environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor networks, systems, cloud environments, and applications for security threats and suspicious activity.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk audits; track remediation and report residual risk.
  • Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, documentation, and post-incident improvements.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain security technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, VPNs).
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across access control, data protection, and incident response.
  • Support compliance and audit initiatives (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, ISO) and assist with third-party/vendor risk assessments.
  • Partner with IT, compliance, and business leaders to integrate security across systems, operations, and acquisitions.
  • Deliver security awareness training and maintain security documentation, asset inventories, and baselines.
