Sr. Analysts perform data gathering, analysis, synthesis and develop solutions to support THD Cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis - Synthesize data to develop a solution, communicate the solutions, present the solution to teams/stakeholders
  • Collaborate - Partner cross-functionally to identify trends and resolve issues
  • Drive Execution - Implement solutions to meet customer expectations; Ensure initiative/project goals are met in a timely manner
  • Support and Enable - Mentor junior level Analyst
  • Support the foundational set-up of the Cybersecurity Communications team, defining the mission, vision, and long-term goals in partnership with team Manager and Analyst.
  • Set the standard for Cybersecurity brand guidelines to bring order and consistency to Cybersecurity messaging.
  • Architect comprehensive, end-to-end communication strategies for high-impacting security initiatives and crisis response (internal only).
  • Partner closely with Analyst to develop and execute communication plans and written and visual communications for high-impacting security initiatives ensuring all milestones are met with high-quality, professional output spanning across a global workforce.
  • Serve as the lead consultant for Project Teams and the CISO to determine "if, when, and how" to communicate based on the scope, complexity, and impact of the project.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Communications, Legal (when applicable), and Cybersecurity, ensuring the Cybersecurity narrative is synchronized with the enterprise-wide communication strategy and ensuring that Cybersecurity messaging reaches its intended audience(s) in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for defining a cross-functional process to draft, review, and disseminate Cybersecurity messaging to internal audiences stemming from Cybersecurity incidents. Once established, will be responsible for drafting messaging and ensuring proper review and approvals.
  • Partner with Sr. Analyst to monitor feedback and sentiment from cross-functional partners and employees to identify communication needs, surface themes, and recommend data-informed improvements to Cybersecurity communication initiatives, using tools such as engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback channels to quantify impact over time.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify industry best practices and innovations that elevate the function's maturity and present recommendations to leadership.
