About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen and scale our security capabilities across the Group.
In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to improving security visibility, monitoring, and incident response — working across Cloudflare, Microsoft 365, and broader infrastructure environments, while preparing for integration with a managed SOC setup.
This is a key role in building foundational security practices and embedding security into our day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security engineering
• You bring strong hands-on experience with: SIEM or log management solutions, Cloudflare security (WAF, bot protection, traffic filtering), Microsoft 365 security (Entra ID, Defender, audit logs)
• You have experience working with or integrating managed SOC services
• You are confident in troubleshooting, threat detection, and incident investigation
• You think in systems and can operate across complex, distributed environments
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You are fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Build and improve security monitoring and detection capabilities across systems and platforms
• Manage and optimise Cloudflare security (WAF, traffic filtering, bot protection, DDoS)
• Strengthen Microsoft 365 and identity security (Entra ID, email security, audit logging)
• Lead integration and collaboration with a managed SOC provider (e.g. Palo Alto)
• Establish and support incident response processes, including investigations and post-incident analysis
• Implement and drive vulnerability management and security testing practices
• Improve and embed security controls across infrastructure, applications, and environments
• Support risk, compliance, and audit readiness (e.g. DORA, ISO frameworks)
• Collaborate with internal teams to increase security awareness and ownership
