About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our dynamic Information Security team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in protecting our organization's infrastructure, data, and applications from security threats. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and improving our security measures to safeguard our digital and physical assets. The role of the Senior Security Engineer is to identify threats and vulnerabilities in systems and software architecture and resolve causes of security threats as well as prepare for potential threats that could disrupt operations. The Security Engineer will also test security systems and strategies to monitor effectiveness and improve performance. The Security Engineer will advise management on policies and procedures, report on any incidents and educate others to raise security awareness. Furthermore, the Security Engineer provides technology guidance, road maps, principles, standards, and best practices. This position requires working with different levels within the organization and partnering with vendors and solution providers outside the organization.
