About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst and Site Lead to manage a dedicated team of Cyber Intelligence Analysts supporting USSOUTHCOM’s J38-Joint Command Cyber (JCC) Cyber Intel Fusion Cell in the execution of the SOUTHCOM Regional Cyber Strategy, SOUTHCOM Campaign Plan, CJCS Global Competition EXORD, and Cyberspace Operations (consisting of OCO and DCO) support to Theater Military Operations in support of national priorities and objectives by providing Cyber related Intel support and conducting Cyber-Intel Fusion activities. As the senior analyst and site lead, you will serve as the direct client interface, providing strategic and technical guidance while managing a multi-functional team aligned with mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Active TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SCI.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field (intelligence, cybersecurity, exploitation analyst or a related field).
  • Minimum 15 years of military experience.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Mission Forces (CMF).
  • Knowledge of directives governing Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO) and/or Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO).
  • Familiarity with Cyber Subordinate Headquarters (i.e. JFHQ-C Air Force, Army, Marines, Navy, Cyber National Mission Force, DODIN), Cyber Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), Combat Support Teams (CST), National Support Teams (NST), and Cyber Protection Teams (CPT).
  • Understanding of Information Needs (INs), Collection Requirement Needs (CRNs), and Cyber Collection Requirements (CCRs).
  • Expertise in identifying and addressing intelligence gaps related to cyberspace operations or SIGINT operations.
  • USCYBERCOM Policies/Instructions.
  • In-depth understanding of the targeting cycle and its application in military operations, including coordination for cyber effects packages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders, including military personnel, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Strong administrative skills, including preparation of memos, briefings, reports, and other documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of direct support to Combatant Command intelligence or operations missions.
  • 3+ years of intelligence or operations support to Joint or Combatant Command military operations.
  • 3+ years of planning and intelligence support to the Joint Targeting cycle at the Combatant Command level.
  • Experience in roles such as Exploitation Analyst, Digital Network Exploitation Analyst, Cyberspace Operator, Expeditionary Cyber Operator, Cyber Capability Developer, or Analytic Support Officer.
  • Current or willingness to complete certifications aligned with the DoD Cybersecurity Workforce Framework, such as: IAM Level II & III, CSSP Analyst (e.g., Security+, CYSA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, CISSP, CASP+, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, CEH).
  • GIAC Open-Source Intelligence (GOSI) Certification or SANS SEC487 Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Gathering and Analysis course.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the chief coordinator and manager of the Cyber Intelligence Fusion Cell, overseeing its subordinate teams and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage work assignments, workload distribution, and personnel management.
  • Ensure the Cyber Intelligence Analysts are effectively carrying out their tasks related to Cyber Intel analysis, fusion, report generation, planning support, and targeting.
  • Conduct high-level All Source Intelligence analysis, gathering, reviewing, and analyzing both classified and unclassified Cyber-related intelligence.
  • Identify and understand current and emerging Cyber Threats to USG (DOD) and PN organizations.
  • Work with internal and external partners to facilitate information sharing and communicate complex concepts within USCYBERCOM.
  • Fuse Cyber-related intelligence to support OCO and DCO planning and activities.
  • Develop and integrate cyberspace capabilities into operational training, planning, and exercises as required.
  • Provide specific Cyber-related Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace (IPB) and intelligence support to SOUTHCOM J38-JCC planning and targeting efforts.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of Target Nomination Packages.
  • Develop and produce daily Unclassified Cyber Threat Intelligence Reports and associated recommended Risk Mitigation Measures for dissemination to all PNs within the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Generate individual PN-specific releasable Classified Cyber Threat Intelligence Reports.
