About The Position

As a Senior CX/UX Designer (AI-First Innovation | Financial & Corporate Compliance), you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Hybrid : Eight days a month we come together in the closest office (ET/CT Time zone) within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Manager, CX/UX Design DXG | UX/CX COE, and work under the leadership of the VP, User Experience & Design DXG | UX/CX COE. Requirements

  • Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.
  • User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
  • Prototyping: Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.
  • Design Systems: Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts.
  • Presentation: Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings.
  • Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.
  • 5yrs minimum in role plus 2yrs AI driven experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
  • Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.
