As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Work Arrangement Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues.
