As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Work Arrangement Hybrid: Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Manager, CX/UX Design and work under the leadership of the VP, User Experience & Design. This role is a part of Wolters Kluwer DXG | UX/CX COE.

  • Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
  • Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Min. 5 years experience in UX/CX design.
  • Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.
  • Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
  • Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts.
  • Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings.
  • Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.
