The Customer Transformation Engagement Manager is a core member of Apptronik’s commercial team, responsible for pioneering, selling, and delivering customer transformation programs (alongside the Head of Customer Transformation) that demonstrate the market viability and value delivery of Apollo and its surrounding product ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer impact. It is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds from scratch, and scrapy tenacity. They partner closely with the Head of Customer Transformation and Apptronik leadership to shape lighthouse customer engagements, develop the underlying architecture for repeatable transformation programs, and prove what successful humanoid adoption looks like in real-world customer environments. As Apptronik scales, this role will continue to focus on the most complex, novel, and high-impact transformation engagements, while foundational workstreams and proven programs transition to more junior or specialized resources/teams
