About The Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Senior Customer Support Assistant onsite in Aurora, CO, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Partner with customers and field sales to address and resolve customer inquiries (email, phone, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner. Act as a liaison between the customer and operations. Support potential and awarded projects from inception through completion, including pricing strategy, negotiation, and cost control. Provide quotes and perform order entry efficiently and accurately using various programs (Flash, SAP, etc.). Assess project risks and issues. Proactively communicate with internal and external teams and offer solutions, if needed. Timely communication with planning and operations teams verifying lead times, confirming scheduled order completion dates, and communicating special handling requests. Coordinate with cross functional team members to ensure projects are on track, within requirements, and on schedule. Work with Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve simple post sales claims. Promote customer satisfaction and achieve cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Technical acumen and ability to grasp technical and product information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
