Dematic or equivalent experience is actively seeking multiple dedicated, passionate and strategic Customer Success Managers in our Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) organization. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the primary owner of customer outcomes across the post‑implementation lifecycle. This role ensures customers achieve measurable value from Dematic solutions through proactive engagement, operational continuity, and strategic guidance. The CSM acts as the single point of accountability for customer success, retention, and expansion while serving as the internal voice of the customer across Dematic. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $85K - $120K at the time of posting.
