Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
  • Previous experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Ability to remain calm and collected when facing a crisis or criticism.
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, able to draw conclusions from complex data sets.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality.
  • Solid track record of achievement in a top-tier company.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data.
  • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for long-term success.
  • Proactively identify risks before they happen and manage internal stakeholders to address customer issues.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the customer's business.
  • Host regular business reviews to review the partnership.
  • Collect product and operational feedback to prioritize requirements based on risk, urgency, and revenue impact.
  • Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention.
