We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager - Growth to be a part of our growing team responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of client accounts by driving retention, expansion, and successful client outcomes. This position reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer, and may be based in St. Louis, MO or Hinton, WV. This candidate will operate with a high degree of independence and accountability, leading renewals, identifying and closing expansion opportunities, and serving as a trusted partner to client stakeholders. The Senior CSM represents an elevated level of ownership and performance within the customer success organization, with responsibility for executing growth strategies and delivering consistent net revenue retention across assigned accounts, and will coordinate with the Business Development Representatives to acquire new logo acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required
  • 5+ years' experience in customer success, account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success leading renewals and expansion efforts.
