About The Position

Fast-growing visual communications company seeks Customer Service Rep person with interest in Project Coordination. The successful candidate serves as the first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers. They will work with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with the company’s vision and values. The role is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management. The candidate must be customer-focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills. Direct experience in a sign company and particularly a FASTSIGNS franchise would be a plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Customer service skills and experience.
  • Sign shop experience.
  • Open to applicants with and without a college degree.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for walk-ins, email, and telephone customers.
  • Work with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue.
  • Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management.
  • Provide detailed communications via email, phone, and in person.
  • Consult, troubleshoot, and problem-solve to create signs for customers.
  • Meet sales targets (monthly and annually).
  • Schedule appointments as needed.
