About The Position

Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions team is the engine behind our customer engagement strategy—designing, building, and optimizing systems that empower our sales, marketing, and analytics teams. We thrive on solving complex business challenges with elegant, scalable technology built on Microsoft Dynamics and beyond. As a Senior CRM Solutions Developer, you'll lead the development, configuration, and support of our CRM ecosystem. You'll collaborate across departments to enhance sales processes, automate workflows, and ensure our data infrastructure is robust and insightful. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring others while staying hands-on with cutting-edge tech.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and plugin development
  • Strong command of C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, XML
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and understanding of data structures
  • Experience with analytics tools like SAS or R
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework, Unit Testing, and Web API
  • Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell), integration tools, and version control
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience implementing Marketing or Pricing solutions
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation
  • Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, configuration, and support of the CRM ecosystem.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance sales processes and automate workflows.
  • Ensure the data infrastructure is robust and insightful.
  • Build and maintain CRM and reporting systems, mobile applications, and data repositories.
  • Design and optimize sales and business processes for automation and analytics.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain systems including Dynamics CRM, Resco Mobile App, Simego, SQL Server, SAS, Google Big Query, and more.
  • Support and train new team members on tools and processes in a virtual setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored CRM solutions.
