As the Senior Customer Marketing Programs Manager, you will be a highly strategic and execution-driven individual contributor responsible for owning and executing scaled customer marketing programs. You will play a pivotal role in turning strategy into action — driving advocacy, storytelling, and engagement programs that amplify our customers’ voices and fuel business growth. Your focus on customer success, retention, and advocacy, will closely rely on the strength of your cross functional relationships with GTM and Product teams.
