Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing focused on customer marketing.
  • Proven success in driving revenue-impacting expansion programs.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong proficiency in behavioral and intent-based targeting.
  • Hands-on experience executing integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and customer intelligence platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute segmented expansion campaigns targeting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to prioritize and develop coordinated expansion plays.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to enhance bundling strategies and value propositions.
  • Drive measurable expansion pipeline from marketing-sourced and influenced programs.
  • Architect personalized lifecycle programs using behavioral triggers and customer milestones.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, and in-product messaging.
  • Align messaging across customer onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion stages.
  • Establish scalable journey frameworks balancing automation and personalization.
  • Identify and respond to risk signals for customer success.
  • Develop targeted interventions for retention and recurring revenue protection.
  • Define and track KPIs for customer marketing programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations for accurate reporting within Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Implement a test-and-learn framework to optimize programs continuously.
  • Manage customer reviews across third-party platforms.
  • Pilot AI-driven approaches for personalization and campaign optimization.
  • Introduce innovations to increase efficiency and customer engagement.
