As a Senior Customer Intelligence Analyst, you will bridge the gap between complex data and the success of our Customer Experience department. We want you to lead by using customer insights to influence our global strategy while delivering clarity to stakeholders through actionable recommendations. We care deeply about our users and need you to identify opportunities that truly help our customers succeed. Location: Amsterdam (3 days office, 2 days remote) Reporting to: Head of Customer Intelligence

Requirements

  • A passion for customer analytics and a commitment to achieving goals through high-quality insights.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of internal and external partners to solve complex business challenges.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical findings for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, or Tableau to drive commercial results.
  • An analytical mindset that aims higher to drive excellence and improve the customer experience.
  • A proactive approach to making a lasting impact through data storytelling and strategic influence.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover customer behavior, aiming high to drive excellence in marketing and product strategies.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights lead to real-world impact and shared success.
  • Drive excellence by evaluating the commercial impact of campaigns using rigorous statistical practices.
  • Act as a champion for the customer, ensuring data-driven insights are at the heart of every decision we make.
