  • Contribute to the engineering, development, and 24/7 support of identity and access management highly available solutions for the customer identity platform on Azure AD B2C.
  • Work closely with the other Ford teams (business teams, cyber security, application teams, other platform and technical teams) and our partners to ensure Azure AD B2C provides the secure, premium customer experience required.
  • Navigating the Azure AD B2C ecosystem to design, engineer, and/or update Ford custom policies using the Identity Experience Framework.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and updating current capabilities to ensure compliance with Ford security, architecture, and IAM standards.
  • Participating in day-to-day operations in accordance with IT service management processes (requests, incidents, changes, and problems).
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation.
  • 8 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Using Microsoft Azure and Azure App Services, and Azure API Management supporting a large-scale enterprise.
  • Creating modern software delivery pipelines utilizing (Azure) DevOps and CI/CD to automate the deployment and testing of software and platform features.
  • Consulting on the design and engineering of IAM-related solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, coding standards, operational processes, procedures, configurations, and application onboarding tips.
  • Preparing and presenting complex technical concepts to relevant stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
  • Delivering secure, always-on customer identity platform with Microsoft Azure AD B2C.
  • Using federated identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for implementing single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
  • Using Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
  • Writing Kusto Query Language (KQL) to interrogate logs for analytics, performance monitoring, alerting and troubleshooting.
  • Writing PowerShell scripts for custom tools, Azure Function Apps, and executing Azure Command Line Interface (CLI).
