We’re seeking a Senior Customer Experience Representative to join our expanding organization and elevate how we serve our customers. This newly created role is a critical addition to our Customer Experience team and a key strategic partner to our sales organization. You’ll be at the center of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our clients receive nothing short of excellence, from the first quote to final delivery. Based in our Easton, PA office, the Senior Customer Experience Representative will serve as a high-touch liaison for our most important customer relationships. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead project execution for key accounts, and help streamline communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, all while driving a premium customer experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service, account management, or operations (office furniture or manufacturing industry experience a plus)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Syteline, Sage, Oracle) and proficiency with Excel
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all levels
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and lead timelines with accountability
  • Curious, proactive, and always thinking one step ahead
  • Mechanical aptitude and a knack for understanding technical details

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationships as the primary point of contact—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and white-glove service
  • Overseeing execution of custom or complex projects, ensuring all internal parties are aligned and deadlines are met
  • Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Accounting to ensure customer needs are met at every touchpoint
  • Coordinating certifications, product documentation, and maintaining customer portals
  • Resolving escalations with a solutions-first mindset and strategic follow-through
  • Acting as an internal go-to resource for customer-related questions, updates, and special requests
  • Deeply understanding the HAT product line to provide accurate guidance and support
