The Sr Culture and Engagement Partner is responsible for creating and supporting the strategies, processes and programs that foster employee engagement and enable the organization's efforts to achieve our 2030 Human Capital goals related to the Human Capital pillar's key outcomes: Embrace belonging in all areas of our business, Invest in people's growth and engagement, Support our local communities' development. This role directs the HR initiatives related to employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, working environment, desired culture, core values, employee recognition, and volunteer and philanthropic activities.
