Overall Purpose: To strategically oversee and optimize external vendor call center relationships to drive contracted performance management results, enhance sales performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of sales related experience.
• Bi-lingual required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize relationships with large complex vendor call centers.
• Track, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics; address issues proactively.
• Implement procedures to ensure service quality and alignment with company policies.
• Align vendor activities with sales strategy; provide ongoing feedback and adjust tactics.
• Facilitate team development; maintain long-term vendor relationships and lead communication on forecasts.
