As our Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager, you will join our Digital Marketing leadership team and play a pivotal role in optimizing the entire digital booking experience across our web platforms. Your expertise will help transform insights into actionable strategies, ensuring measurable improvements across booking funnels and lead-generation experiences for the Sandals & Beaches all-inclusive resort brands. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of UX, analytics, and experimentation frameworks. You will be responsible for leading the analysis of user behavior, identifying friction points, developing high-impact hypotheses, and managing a robust A/B and multivariate testing roadmap. Using a sophisticated mix of quantitative data and qualitative insights, you will direct the transformation of digital traffic into meaningful action, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the organization. You must be self-motivated, believe in self-study to build new skills, customer-focused, analytical, and literate in experimentation and UX thinking. Our team works as a bridging point across departments, so it is critical that you are comfortable working at the intersection of technology, content, and design.
