The Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be responsible for driving owned channels for the company. This position is responsible for developing overall CRM marketing strategy, generating content ideas, and driving results. This role will help optimize efficiencies with the goal of driving customer engagement and company revenue. This position will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns, programs, initiatives are aligned and achieving objectives. This leader should understand cross-channel communication planning across email, push notification and SMS for omni-channel journey planning. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
