About The Position

You will play a pivotal role in shaping personalised, data-driven communication strategies that improve user engagement and retention, support care coordination, and help users build lasting healthy habits. You will own and execute Elfie’s CRM operations across multiple channels within the mobile app, leveraging hands-on expertise in CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, and experimentation to deliver timely, localised, and impactful communications. Working closely with Growth, Product, Content, Design, and Analytics teams, you will translate insights into high-quality campaigns that scale across markets and support better health outcomes as Elfie continues its global expansion.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention operations
  • Must have hands-on CRM operations experience (not purely strategy or planning), ideally within a mobile app, consumer tech, or digital product environment
  • Proven experience working with CRM / customer engagement platforms such as CleverTap, Braze, Moengage, or similar
  • Strong understanding of event-based triggers, segmentation logic, funnels, and lifecycle journeys
  • Analytical thinking - comfortable working with data, dashboards, and campaign performance reports
  • High attention to detail; experienced in QA-ing campaigns and avoiding operational mistakes at scale
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Comfortable working in a regional / global team setup

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day CRM operations across email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp and other channels using customer engagement platforms
  • Build, configure, and maintain campaigns, journeys and triggers based on user behaviour, product usage, and lifecycle stage
  • Execute CRM campaigns end-to-end: segmentation, setup, QA, scheduling, localisation support, and post-campaign reporting
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and operational excellence: audience logic, exclusions, frequency controls, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Partner closely with User Growth, Product, Content, and Analytics teams to translate insights & hypotheses into executable CRM campaigns
  • Partner closely with Design and Brand teams to operationalise best-in-class CRM templates, ensuring messages are visually clear, on-brand, and optimised for readability and engagement across devices and channels
  • Monitor core engagement metrics (e.g. delivery, open rates, CTR, in-app engagement) and surface clear, actionable insights
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation within CRM channels and help operationalise learnings at scale
  • Coordinate translations and market roll-outs with local teams to ensure accurate and timely execution across countries
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on CRM tooling capabilities, limitations, and best practices
