You will play a pivotal role in shaping personalised, data-driven communication strategies that improve user engagement and retention, support care coordination, and help users build lasting healthy habits. You will own and execute Elfie’s CRM operations across multiple channels within the mobile app, leveraging hands-on expertise in CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, and experimentation to deliver timely, localised, and impactful communications. Working closely with Growth, Product, Content, Design, and Analytics teams, you will translate insights into high-quality campaigns that scale across markets and support better health outcomes as Elfie continues its global expansion.
