About The Position

GotPhoto is looking for a Senior Email & CRM Marketing Manager who knows exactly how to turn a cold database into a pipeline of warm, sales-ready opportunities. You aren’t just "sending emails" - you are building a lead-to-customer engine. In this role, you will own the middle and bottom of the funnel. You will be responsible for designing the logic and the content that nurtures new leads into first revenue and re-activates existing leads to drive growth. You’ll have a technical partner to handle backend integrations, allowing you to focus on strategy, conversion, and execution.

Requirements

The HubSpot Specialist: You are a power user who can build complex workflows, custom views, and reports. You know how to make the platform dance. You bring an experience of 5+ years in the field.
Senior IC Mindset: You define the strategy, but you also love the satisfaction of building in HubSpot and hitting "send."
Sales-Minded Marketer: You think like a salesperson. You understand that the goal isn't engagement - it's revenue.
AI Enthusiast: You use AI to work faster and smarter, from drafting copy variations to analyzing lead behavior patterns.
Collaborative: You know how to collaborate with your technical partner as well as other functions in the organization to create relevant content for your audience.

Responsibilities

Lead-to-Customer Transformation:
Conversion Journeys: Design automated "Sales-Ready" journeys that educate new leads and overcome objections to accelerate the closing process.
Lead Monetization: Audit our existing database of cold/dormant leads and build high-impact re-engagement tracks to bring them back into the sales cycle.
Multi-Stage Personalization: Tailor the journey based on how a lead entered the system (e.g., Webinar vs. Whitepaper) to ensure the follow-up feels relevant and urgent.
Conversion Testing: Constantly iterate on CTAs, landing pages, and email hooks with a singular focus: increasing the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Account Base Qualification & Growth:
Growth Leaks: Identify where users are dropping off in the funnel and build targeted re-engagement or win-back plays.
Intent-Based Scoring: Define the triggers that signal a lead is ready for sales (behavioral and firmographic) and ensure the handoff is seamless.
Database Health: Oversee the "logic" of our data - ensuring we are collecting the right info to fuel your campaigns and maintaining high standards for GDPR and deliverability.
Data Enrichment: Identify the "missing links" in our lead data and implement enrichment strategies (and AI tools) to provide Sales with the context they need to win.
Strategic Campaigns & Performance:
Concept to Launch: Lead the creative and strategic direction for one-off pushes, newsletters, seasonal campaigns and automated nurture tracks.
AI-Augmented Content: Use AI to scale personalized messaging, ensuring every lead feels like they are having a 1:1 conversation with us.
Performance Reporting: Report on funnel velocity, conversion rates per source, and the direct impact of CRM efforts on new customer business.
