About The Position
We are seeking an Ag Consumer Lending Officer to serve customers in our 24-county loan service area. The ideal lender will be required to demonstrate proficiency in promoting agricultural consumer loan products, effectively maintain client relationships, and expand both loan and related service portfolios.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Ability to work with a variety of people.
- Knowledge of credit principles.
- Skill in oral and written communication, sufficient to exchange information effectively with peers, supervisors, and customers.
Nice To Haves
- Prefer two + years of consumer loan lending experience and or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
