Job Description: The Senior Credit Manager (SCM) is a client-facing role responsible for leading a regional team of Credit Advisors (CA) delivering credit solutions to Private Bank clients. The credit organization is charged with developing new credit relationships, driving funded loan balance and revenue growth in a responsible and profitable manner, and managing existing credit relationships with wealth clients. The SCM sets the strategy and tactics for their regional credit advisor team, builds strong working relationships with LOB partners, and takes personal ownership for managing all types of risks. The SCM is an enterprise talent leader, an enterprise advocate and communicator, a champion of diversity and inclusion, leads by example, models what right looks like and inspects, coaches, and improves the performance of direct reports.
