About The Position

We're on the hunt for a Senior Creative Strategist to join a top-tier LA-based Performance Agency on a growth fast-track. They have a headcount of 300+ and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly, founders are brilliant and comp package is attractive.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance-driven paid social campaigns.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage research and data insights to own and drive performance-driven paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior strategists.
• Collaborate with Production to deliver compelling ads in line with performance targets.
