We’re a dynamic company looking to break the mold—pushing our advertising beyond the conventional boundaries of typical SaaS and B2B campaigns. Vanta is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join the Brand Creative team and lead the production and execution of smart, brand-building campaigns that span across video, photo, digital, and integrated channels. In addition to campaign production, this role is responsible for overseeing the entirety of project management for the Brand Creative team, ensuring all day-to-day creative work is prioritized, resourced, and delivered smoothly. The role is perfect for a proactive problem solver with deep experience in creative operations, advertising production, and cross-functional project management. They are expected to independently drive complex initiatives from start to finish, manage production partners, and ensure flawless execution across multiple formats. They will work closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, media buyers, and external vendors to keep projects on strategy, on time, and on budget. The right candidate brings substantial production experience, ranging from photo and video shoots to digital campaigns, and thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. They are confident in building scalable processes, partnering with creative leadership, and pushing the quality bar higher with every deliverable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative production and/or project management experience, including a minimum of 8 years supporting advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of advertising production: live-action, photo, animation, and digital.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing deadlines.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creative vendors and production partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate timelines, risks, and decisions.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset (you anticipate issues before they arise).
  • Experience in high-growth tech/startup environments is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and design tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience with contracts, licensing, and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full creative project pipeline, including day-to-day requests, marketing deliverables, and larger campaign initiatives, ensuring the team is resourced, prioritized, and operating smoothly.
  • Own the full lifecycle of creative initiatives: from intake and scoping, through kickoff, production, reviews, and final delivery.
  • Scope, budget, and manage production for advertising campaigns, including photo shoots, video shoots, animation, and live-action productions.
  • Help source, negotiate, and manage external partners (agencies, directors, photographers, editors, animators, etc.), ensuring the right fit for each project.
  • Streamline workflows, approvals, and documentation so the team can work efficiently and scale output.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by running kickoffs, standups, reviews, and post-mortems.
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the Brand Creative team, keeping stakeholders informed, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, and mitigating risks before they escalate.
  • Help introduce new processes, tools, and templates (including leveraging AI) to improve efficiency and creative output.
  • Build trust across marketing and growth teams as the go-to for flawless campaign execution.
