About The Position
MasterClass is looking for a Senior Creative Producer, Marketing to oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing trailers and content—balancing on-set talent direction with post-production oversight. This role is ideal for a producer who can confidently step onto a set, directing talent for key marketing moments while also leading the post-production process to ensure high-quality, high-impact trailers and marketing assets. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to create industry-leading content that showcases our instructors and brand. If you're a creative producer passionate about storytelling, marketing, and production efficiency, this is an opportunity to shape how our brand engages audiences across platforms. This is a remote position, but I should be based in Los Angeles for in-person presence on set, at events, etc.
